How I approach design
The feeling before the frame
I start by asking what this moment needs to feel like for the person in it. That emotional target shapes every decision before I open a file.
Design for the hardest moment first
High stakes interactions break trust in the edge cases, not the happy path. I design the error states, the hesitation, the confusion then work back to the default.
Clarity that earns confidence
Simplicity is not about removing things. It is about removing the right things. I cut everything that competes with the decision and keep only what makes someone feel ready to act.
